FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

1. Am I able to pre-order?
Graham Kandiah offers pre-ordering before the resort season begins and throughout the year.  Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to reserve exactly what you desire and to receive (or give) your selections at whatever date you choose.  For that reason pre-orders are charged to you when your order is received.  In the event of a return they may be exchanged (if in perfect condition, of course) but they cannot be refunded.  The 2008 collection will start to ship November 14th, 2007.

2. Is an order processed the same day it is placed?
Every effort is made to ship orders received by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time that same day.  Please let us know if an order is urgent.

3. Do you ship everyday?
Both the corporate offices and warehouse of Graham Kandiah are open Monday through Friday and closed for major holidays.

4. What type of delivery do you offer?
Graham Kandiah ships all orders via FedEx.  Our FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tuesday through Saturday.  2ND DAY and Next Day delivery are available Monday through Friday.  Sunday delivery is not available.

5. Will all items ordered together be shipped together?
Graham Kandiah makes every effort to ship all items together; but it is not always possible to do so. If any items on your order are unavailable at the time you place it, they will be shipped out as they become available.

6.  Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged to all orders that are shipped to New York State, based on the value of the merchandise.  In the event of a return, sales tax will be credited.

7. Does Graham Kandiah ship internationally?
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or International Economy.  Priority delivery takes an estimated 1 to 4 business days and Economy takes an estimated 2 to 14 business days depending on the region.

Along with an order confirmation customers requesting international service will receive the cost for Priority and Economy delivery.  Due to the cost of international service and because duty and taxes are involved approval of the selected service is required.  Please make sure your contact information is correct.

8. Will I be charged customs duty?
All duties and taxes assessed on orders sent outside of the United States are the responsibility of the recipient.  If a Certificate of Origin is required there will be a $15 document fee.

9. I’ve selected several items, some for me, some as gifts, how do I ship to multiple addresses?
As you write each item on our order form you will notice a column in which to indicate the gift-wrapping is requested. Beneath the order area are numbered spaces for gift addresses and gift card messages.

10. Is gift-wrapping available?
Yes, Graham Kandiah offers beautiful gift-wrap in tropical turquoise with sunny yellow signature ribbon for an additional cost of $7.00 per item.  A handwritten card with your personal message accompanies each gift. 

11. What is your return policy?
Retail Returns to Graham Kandiah must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.  Holiday returns must be received by January 18th, 2008 in perfect condition with all tags attached.

Note To Stores:  Any Wholesale Returns must be made immediately upon receipt of goods after calling the Graham Kandiah offices to obtain an RA number.

12. What if I have a promotional code?
There is a box on the order form where you can enter your code.
